Mr. England’s passion is creating collaborative digital health solutions by utilizing the latest technology including AI, Data Analysis, and Health Risk Predictive Modeling. He has a proven track record in identifying and resolving disruptive patterns in healthcare services and delivery resulting in significant increases in financial and clinical outcomes.

Cheif Medical Office/Founder

Dr. Hamilton Hall is a Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Toronto and on the orthopaedic staff at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto. In 1974, Dr. Hall founded the Canadian Back Institute now CBI Health, the largest rehabilitation provider in Canada with over 13,000 employees.

Dr. Hall is co-founder and Executive Director of the Canadian Spine Society. He has served on the editorial boards of Spine, The Spine Journal and The BackLetter. In addition to over 140 published articles and book chapters and over 1300 invited presentations, many as Visiting Professor to universities in North America, Europe and Asia, Dr. Hamilton Hall is also the author of the best-selling Back Doctor series of books.

Cheif Technical Officer

Mr. Moody has 15+ years of experience in full-stack web development and IT administration. He has previously worked for national development companies providing HIPAA-Compliant IT and web services for medical professionals and their respective practices. Additionally, he has helped to incorporate critical digital infrastructure into many businesses that is both efficient and secure.

Mr. Moody's goal is help bring proven clinical methods for the diagnosis and treatment of patients into the digital space using progressive decision matrixes, AI and dynamic pattern analysis.

Mr. Dean’s 30+ year career has been highlighted by achievements in sales, leadership, and product development roles in the software, Health IT and medical sales industries.

He has spearheaded the successful execution of multimillion-dollar product launches, rapid ramp-up of high-achieving sales teams, and the profitable sale of company assets.

Mr. Dean is an active angel investor in numerous start-up companies and has consulted and guided healthcare technology firms with managing and accelerating their profitable growth.

Dr. Karazim He is board certified in internal medicine and emergency medicine. Dr. Karazim is a clinical specialty content expert on back pain for Michigan Blue Cross Blue Shield serving on advisory committees and assisting in potential program development. He has also been a clinical specialty content expert for Health Alliance Plain in Michigan. He is the Chief Medical Officer of Therapy Advisors, a spine pain prevention and treatment company specializing in evidence-based treatment of spinal disorders.

Dr. Alberico attended Temple University School of Medicine where he received his MD degree in 1981. His post-doctoral training including an internship in general surgery and a residency in neurosurgery was completed at the VCU Medical College of Virginia, Richmond Va in 1987. He is a lifetime diplomate of the American Board of Neurological Surgery. His past academic appointments include Assistant Professor of Neurological Surgery July 1987 June 1989 Medical College of Virginia, Richmond, VA. Professor and Chairman Department of Neurosurgery October 2011 to December 2023 at Marshall University, Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, Huntington, WV. He also served as Director of Neuroscience at North Ridge Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale Florida from 1989 to 2005.

Dr. Donald, M.D., FACS, is the managing member and director of the NJ Ortho Group and founder of Living Orthopedics. For over 25 years as a trained biomechanical engineer, Dr. Donald has been on the forefront of developing both cutting-edge surgical techniques as well as inventing and developing medical devices. He is also the founder of Molecular Surface Technologies, LLC, a surface modification company focused on antimicrobial, bio-active, and lubricious treatments for the medical, food packaging, marine and aviation industries.

His years of experience as an emergency department physician has lead to senior level positions in a variety of healthcare organizations including Chief Medical Officer of the hospital division of Cigna Health & Life Insurance Co., and as National Medical Director of Uprise Health.

His expertise spans strategic planning and execution, medical services operations, quality and clinical programs, credentialing, and consulting services.

Farrokh Alemi PhD, was trained as an operations researcher and industrial engineer and has worked in both academia and health industry. Dr. Alemi maintains patents on (1) sentiment analysis, (2) measurement of episodes of illness and (3) personalized medicine. He has more than 105 peer reviewed publications in journals such as Health Services Research, Medical Care, and Palliative Medicine. His research focuses on causal analysis of massive data available in electronic health records. Dr. Alemi is the author of the widely used Multi-Morbidity index. His publications have contributed to predictive medicine, precision medicine, comparative effectiveness of medications, sentiment analysis, natural language processing, risk adjusted analysis of cost effectiveness, causal networked models, identifying trajectories of diseases, and predicting prognosis of patients with multiple morbidities.
